Bill Joyce and Andy Misovec continue to deliver exceptional talent and services while giving clients, candidates and employees the utmost respect and support.

William “Bill” Joyce
In his role as Vice President, Bill leverages deep executive search expertise as well as operational best practices developed through leadership roles at high-growth organizations. Bill’s responsibilities encompass executive leadership, strategic planning, organization building, and management of a talented team that provides quality staffing solutions to clients in diverse industries and sectors.

Previously, Bill served as a Managing Director at Galway Partners, where he provided full lifecycle executive search for key roles within professional services firms. Earlier, he was a Partner at The Guild Corporation, one of the Washington area’s most successful contingent recruitment firms supporting the Information Technology, engineering and intelligence marketplaces. Previous roles included branch management for a national recruiting firm and marketing leadership for a leading provider of system software utilities.

Bill holds an M.B.A. in General Management from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. He also completed his B.S. in Chemical Engineering at UVA.

 

Andy Misovec
Known for his ability to connect with both clients and candidates, Andy Misovec has developed a reputation for excellence during his twenty-year tenure at TSC Services. As Vice President of Sales, he combines long-term recruiting experience with deep insight into client needs to create effective partnerships and successful placements.

Andy contributes his skills and talents to place people that make a difference into high-impact and critical-need roles. He advises clients on best practices throughout the hiring cycle, maximizing the efficiency of the process and minimizing the challenges associated with complex or deadline-driven requirements.
 

Andy’s strong technical background contributes to TSC’s expertise in the IT and engineering arenas. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace from the University of Virginia, where he continued on to complete a Master’s in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering.
